Malvani Crispy Batata Kaap (Malvani Crispy Potato Slices)

Malvani Crispy Batata Kaap are thinly sliced potatoes that have been marinated in a mixture of turmeric, Malvani Fish Curry Masala, and salt to taste. Next, shallow fry with rice flour coating on low to medium heat.

These Kaap’s remind me of Childhood fights with my Sister. My Aaji (Grandmother) used to give me larger kaaps while giving my sister smaller ones. We used to battle it out for larger ones, and she was able to win.

This is one of my favorite Crispy recipes; I often turn to Malvani Crispy Batata Kaap when we're tired of eating the same old veggies or don't have much time to cook. Its really a simple recipe with simple Ingredients.
