Get a Fresh Chicken.

Thoroughly wash the chicken.

Marinate Chicken with Malvani Bhajka Masala & Salt

Once the oil is heated, add the whole spices, chopped onions, and finally, some Bhajka Masala.

Add the marinated chicken now and mix it well

Place the Lid and let it cook for 4-5 Minutes

Remove the Lid & Mix it well.

Add required amount of water & let it cook for 5 minutes on high flame

Let it cook till first boil.

Add Malvani Bhajlela Vataap and Mix it well & turn the flame into Low.

let it cook for next 3-4 minutes.

Once the Rasso is cooked properly then add some Kasuri Methi & Turn off the Heat

Malvani Chicken is ready.

Malvani Chicken Masala is ready to be Served
