Malvani Crispy Prawns Fry

Malvani Crispy Prawns Fry

Prawns are the best food for elevating my mood. They take very little time to cook and are simple to make. If you're a first-time fish eater, Crispy Malvani Prawn Fry should be at the top of your list. If you have the prawns cleaned by your fish vendor, they will be on your platter within 30 minutes.

Malvani Crispy Prawns Fry combines the spicy bite of Malvani Fish Masala with the sweet and savoury taste of prawns and crispy texture from rice flour coating. Additionally, the crunchy texture of prawns entices you to consume more.

I don't even need curry or gravy when I eat prawns with rice bhakari, chapati, or steamed Rice. Fresh prawns and proper cooking are prerequisites for the ultimate prawn fry. Overcooked prawns get stiff or rubbery.

Approximately 20 to 25 grams of protein can be obtained from 100 grams of prawns, and they also include many other minerals. Before, the sea was the only place from where we got the prawns, but in recent years, prawn farming has gained a lot of popularity.

Prawns and shrimp have similar appearances, however prawns taste sweeter and are larger than shrimp.
