Get some fresh Mackerel & Give them a thorough wash

Add Kokam Aagal

Add Malvani Fish Masala

Add Some Sea Salt to your Taste

Mix them well and let them rest for 20-30 Minutes

Coat Marinated Fish with Fine Rice Flour

Add some oil on a Hot Pan and place the Bangda once the Oil got Hot.

Fry  on another side when one side will get fried properly

Turn of the Heat once all the sides become properly become Crisp

Malvani Bangda Fry is ready to be Served
