Ingradiants

Add Some Oil in a hot pan

add cloves and black pepper

add cumin seeds

add coriander seeds

add ginger & garlic & mix it well

1. Select a whole suran (Yam)

add finely sliced onions & mix it well

let the onions get caramilized

add some byadgi chilli & mix it well

add fresh grated coconut and mix it well

add poppy seeds and turn off the heat

allow the mixture to cool down

put the mixture in mixer grinder and add some water

grind the mixture to thick paste

bhajlela vataap is ready to use it in curry
